About the Role:
INSPACCO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations, project execution, resource management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in:
Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering. Experience 1–3 years of experience in operations, project execution, facility management, construction, engineering services, or related fields. Experience in handling multiple projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
2. Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day operational activities.
3. Ensure projects are executed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
4. Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
5. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
6. Project Coordination
7. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution.
8. Track project progress and identify potential delays or operational risks.
9. Ensure availability of resources, materials, and manpower at project sites.
10. Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain action trackers.
Required Skills
Strong project coordination and operations management skills. Knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQs, project planning, and execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
