An HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and office administration functions. Further, should manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensures strict adherence to labor laws, and handles daily office administration. This specialized role requires advanced proficiency in SPINE HR Software to automate workforce management and financial reporting.
Recruitment Support: Posting job ads, screening candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Conducting new-hire orientations, compiling welcome kits, and managing exit clearances.
- Employee Records: Maintaining up-to-date physical and digital personnel files in the HRMS software.
- Payroll Input: Tracking daily employee attendance, monthly leaves, and overtime for payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies.
- Engagement Events: Organizing internal team-building activities, festive events, and social gatherings.
Office Administration
- Facility Management: Supervising office cleaning, maintenance, and utility providers (water, electricity, internet).
- Supply Inventory: Monitoring, ordering, and distributing office stationery, pantry items, and equipment.
- Vendor Coordination: Managing relations with external partners like courier services, insurance providers, and contractors.
- Travel Arrangement: Booking flights, hotels, local transport, and processing expense reimbursement forms.
- Documentation: Drafting official business letters, certificates, meeting minutes, and inter-office memos.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
