Short Description
Seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Data Science & Analytics Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs and mentor students in data-driven technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Python, Power BI, Advanced Excel, R, SQL, Tableau, Machine Learning, AI & NLP.
- Customize training content based on student background and learning needs.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and real-time project guidance.
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and regular feedback.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
- Stay updated with latest industry trends and tools in Data Science & Analytics.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Student Satisfaction Score (Minimum 85% positive feedback).
- Batch Completion Rate (Minimum 90% batch completion).
- Student Placement/Interview Readiness Support.
- Practical Project Completion Rate per Batch.
- Average Assessment Score of Students (Target: 75%+).
- On-time Course Delivery as per syllabus schedule.
- Retention & Repeat Enrollment Contribution.
- Internal Demo/Workshop Contribution (Minimum 1 per month).
