We are looking for a mature, proactive, and reliable Admin to manage core HR operations for our hotel group in Goa. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. This role includes coordination with consultants for payroll, PF, ESIC, and compliance submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle onboarding and exit formalities professionally
· Maintain employee documentation and HR records
· Escalate employee concerns appropriately and confidentially
· Coordinate with payroll consultants for monthly salary processing
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of data for PF, ESIC, and compliance
· Track leave, attendance, and basic HR metrics
· Keep management proactively informed of key people and process updates
Requirements:
· 6 months – 2 years’ experience in admin or coordination
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· High level of maturity, discretion, and common sense
· Ability to manage deadlines and follow through independently
· Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory
