Business Development Associate (Remote)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing kidswear brand. The role involves generating and converting B2B and B2C bulk sales through email and phone communication, building customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers via email and phone to promote our kidswear products and bulk purchase offerings.
- Work on assigned B2B and B2C sales leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Develop relationships with retailers, wholesalers, event organizers, and bulk buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and pricing.
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and follow up until order closure.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Finance teams for order processing, invoicing, payments, and timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the company's CRM or tracking system.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (experience in apparel, fashion, or e-commerce is preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
