Job Summary
We are looking for a welcoming, professional, and well-groomed Receptionist / Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact at our showroom. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, coordinate with the sales and service teams, and ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Greeting: Welcome walk-in customers with a warm and professional attitude, understand their requirements, and direct them to the appropriate sales or service executives.
· Call Management: Handle incoming telephone calls efficiently, answer inquiries, take messages, and route calls to the concerned departments.
· Visitor Log Maintenance: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date daily log of showroom walk-ins, test rides booked, and customer feedback.
· Front Desk Upkeep: Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
· Administrative Support: Assist the management with basic data entry, courier handling, and coordinating showroom schedules or events.
· Hospitality: Ensure refreshments are offered to customers and maintain a hospitable showroom environment.
Eligibility & Requirements
· Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma holder (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
· Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Hospitality (Experience in the automobile sector is a plus).
· Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities.
· Appearance: Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
· Languages: Fluent in Tamil; good working knowledge of Tamil is mandatory.
· Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
