We’re Hiring – On Call Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic On Call Supervisor to join our growing team at Liberating Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days/Week)
Shift Timing: Day Shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM)
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle and close transferred sales calls from international clients
-Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve targets
-Provide effective web consulting solutions based on client requirements
-Deliver persuasive sales pitches with high conversion rates
-Monitor team performance and conduct regular feedback/training sessions
-Build strong client relationships for repeat business
-Coordinate with development & marketing teams for smooth project execution
-Prepare sales reports and track team performance metrics
Key Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1+ years of experience in international website sales/web consulting
✔ Strong experience in handling transferred calls and closing deals
✔ Good understanding of website sales, digital solutions & online services
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven environment and lead a team effectively
Preferred Skills:
Experience in website design & development sales
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
