Job description:
Responsibilities:
Perform regular candidate follow-ups and ensure consistent engagement.
Schedule mock interviews and coordinate training sessions efficiently.
Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling and candidate availability.
Maintain and update the candidate pipeline tracking sheet regularly.
Send reminders, track attendance, and provide daily updates on candidate progress.
Conduct basic communication training sessions for candidates.
Conduct structured mock interviews and provide improvement feedback.
Review recorded practice sessions and suggest corrections.
Track and maintain candidate progress reports and improvement status.
Required Skills:
1) Communication & Candidate Handling Skills
Strong verbal communication skills (English is mandatory).
Strong follow-up discipline with a polite but firm approach.
Ability to motivate candidates and handle excuses professionally.
2) Scheduling & Coordination Skills
Calendar management skills (Google Calendar preferred).
Ability to schedule multiple sessions without conflicts.
Capability to manage last-minute reschedules professionally.
Smooth coordination with trainers, recruiters, and candidates.
3) Interview Training & Mock Interview Skills
Ability to ask structured mock interview questions.
Candidate evaluation skills (confidence, clarity, content delivery).
Ability to give constructive feedback in a professional manner.
Knowledge of voice modulation, clarity improvement, and filler word correction.
4) Analytical & Reporting Skills
Ability to track attendance, performance, and improvement.
Capability to create structured progress reports for candidates.
Ability to identify weak candidates early and push them toward practice.
5) Tools & Tech Skills
Strong handling of Google Meet / MS Teams / Zoom.
Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for tracking.
Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
6) Discipline & Ownership Mindset
High consistency in follow-ups and daily task execution.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
Responsible mindset with end-to-end execution ownership
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
