Key responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle solution Data Migration workstream, driving from ideation through technical/feasibility study to deliver expected business outcomes with the agreed scope, timeframe, quality

Work closely with multiple Program workstreams to bring cross-stream alignment for delivery.

Create and manage the link between technical solution and functional understanding regarding interdependency and unaligned understandings related to integration, data and any technical related matters

Supervise data migration work to ensure same project standards are applied to all functional tracks and ultimately a high-quality delivery

Tackle and resolve requirement changes throughout project delivery at technical level

Ensure project documentation quality and compliance to project governance standard

Define mock cutover and cutover planning to ensure data integrity across new and legacy systems

Strong understanding of data management, governance and ETL migration principles and techniques

Strong understanding of information project management reporting, methodologies and frameworks
-
Strong understanding of end to end ERP project implementations, including cutover activity windows

Perform data cleansing and de-duplication to ensure high-quality data migration
-
Execute test migrations and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy of the migration process

Strong understanding of data security, privacy and architecture

Previously Managed end to end ERP data migration projects
-
Demonstrate multiple vendors management to ensure right processes and tools are used for successful data migration

Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are documented and implanted throughout the data migration process
-
Managing internal team of data engineers
-
Acknowledgement of out-of-hours working when executing rehearsal and production cycles.

Requirements:
-
10+ years’ experience in ERP Implementations
-
Prior experience in 3-5 large ERP or digital projects with program/project manager experience and full cycle E2E development
-
Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent
-
Experience in Devop (JIRA) or similar
-
Analytical mindset – Across data management and data mapping
-
Test management experience
-
Prior experience in project resource/team management of 20+ people
-
Managed large system integration and data cutovers
-
Agile ways of working experience and/or cross-functional team project delivery experience
-
Executed Asset Management Data Migration or Customer Migration
-
Previous experience with Oracle SaaS and SAP ERP systems preferred
-
Hands on approach needed
