The Service Advisor is responsible for receiving customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, coordinating with technicians, updating customers on repair status, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
- Inspect the vehicle and prepare the job card.
- Explain service recommendations, estimated cost, and delivery time.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and additional repair requirements.
- Deliver vehicles after explaining the work completed and the final invoice.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Promote AMC, RSA, genuine spare parts, and other service-related products.
- Maintain accurate service records and update the DMS.
- Achieve service revenue, customer satisfaction (CSI), and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/Any Degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a two-wheeler service center.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics.
