About the Role
Elevare Business Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, driven Junior Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at our Thiruvananthapuram office, located right near Technopark Phase 3. Please note that this is a strict Work from Office (WFO) position to ensure close collaboration with our team and real-time syncing with our partners.
In this role, you will be embedded directly into the operations of a leading Australian enterprise specializing in heavy fleet, logistics, and construction infrastructure. At Elevare, you won't just be handling back-office data entry; you will function as a true extended team member of the client. This role is highly structured and deeply process-oriented, requiring someone who can maintain operational discipline while confidently handling direct external communication.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Office Process Execution: Execute the day-to-day Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflow directly from our Trivandrum facility, including accurate invoicing for complex fleet deployments and construction project milestones.
- Extended Team Integration: Act as an integral, seamless extension of the onshore team, participating directly in daily operational syncs.
- Direct Client Interaction: Maintain professional, direct communication via email and phone with the onshore team as well as the Australian client’s external customers regarding billing queries, statements, and payment updates.
- Payment Application & Matching: Accurately match, post, and reconcile daily incoming payments against outstanding accounts.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively flag, track, and resolve billing variances or documentation gaps in alignment with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
What We Are Looking For
- Work Mode: Absolute clarity and willingness to work 100% from the office on a daily basis.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or customer-facing accounting operations.
- Communication Skills: Flawless written and verbal English communication is absolute. Since you will be representing the company directly to Australian clients and vendors, clarity, confidence, and professional etiquette are vital.
- Excel Proficiency: Good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel.
- Mindset: A professional who is genuinely keen on structured process work, possesses a strong desire to learn, and takes high ownership of their assigned portfolio.
