Role Objective:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Copywriter to join our team at Cosmos. You will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts by creating relatable content for social media and drafting effective copy for paid advertisements. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn the ropes of agency-style content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing: Write engaging copy for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that resonate with the target audience.
Grid Planning: Assist in planning and organizing the Instagram grid to ensure a visually appealing and cohesive brand presence.
Reels & Video Content: Brainstorm and script engaging Reels. Stay updated on current trends and help adapt them to fit our clients' brand voices.
Meta Ads Copywriting: Draft copy for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), focusing on creating simple yet effective headlines and descriptions to drive clicks.
Collaboration: Work with the design team to ensure the copy and visuals complement each other effectively.
Execution: Take briefs from senior team members and turn them into finished copy within the required timelines.
Required Skill Sets:
Writing Skills: Decent command over English grammar with the ability to write creative and conversational copy.
Platform Knowledge: A good understanding of how Instagram and Facebook work, including an interest in social media trends.
Creativity: A decent ability to brainstorm fresh ideas for social media posts and ad campaigns.
Adaptability: Ready to learn and adapt writing styles based on different client requirements.
Portfolio: A basic portfolio or examples of personal/academic social media work is a plus.
Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or any related field.
A basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
