ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To supervise the execution of works at the site
- To coordinate with the PMC for execution and checking of the work
- To study the drawings received from the client/PMC and to highlight concerns.
- Preparing sub contractor’s bills and vendors reconciliations periodically.
- To maintain the required documentations.
- Quantity Calculations and Quantity surveying
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must have min 3 years of experience as part of Industrial/Commercial/Residential projects and from contractor’s side.
Must have in depth knowledge regarding concreting works like shuttering, reinforcement, concrete pouring and curing etc.
Must have reasonable experience in using MSExcel, AutoCadd.
