The FTT Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) develops and supports Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solutions that improve efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce business risk across multiple lines of business. The team brings together software engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, deliver, and support scalable enterprise solutions. Working within established governance and architecture standards, the team promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Joining the team provides opportunities to work with modern AI technologies, low-code platforms, and enterprise-scale automation programs.
Core Responsibilities:
You will scalable develop AI/automation solutions using enterprise AI/automation platforms to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
You will build reusable components aligned to CoE standards.
You will perform testing and support deployments.
You will enhance automation frameworks and accelerator libraries.
You will analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.
You will create functional and technical solution designs.
You will maintain technical documentation.
Strategic Responsibilities:
You will design secure, scalable, compliant solutions.
You will provide production support for automation solutions.
You will improve solution reliability and performance.
You will resolve incidents and support root cause analysis.
You will use AI tools for development, testing, and debugging.
You will validate AI-generated outputs.
You will embed AI capabilities into automation solutions.
Team & Collaboration:
You will collaborate with business and technology teams.
You will partner with architects and product teams.
You will participate in Agile delivery ceremonies.
You will share knowledge and reusable assets.
You will deliver outcome-based automation solutions.
You will develop proofs of concept and AI tools.

Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
Master’s degree preferred.
2–4 years of automation, AI, or software engineering experience.
Experience within enterprise automation or CoE environments.
Knowledge of process mining, workflow optimization, or BPM tools.
Exposure to Azure, AWS, and cloud-based services.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-assisted development.
Technical Skills:
Generative AI platforms and automation tools.
Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Python and JavaScript programming.
REST APIs and system integrations.
OAuth authentication and workflow orchestration.
Prompt engineering and AI-assisted development.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration.
Agile mindset and continuous learning focus.
Strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
