With renewed focus on Customer Centricity, there is a need of a Senior resource who is responsible for entire CX and ensure Sales Process adherence and Customer Satisfaction for Sales. Role incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and driving all the Processes and Practices that enhances Customer Experience and will closely track Customer feedback and take necessary interventions. Meet Customers (at atleast 5 customers/day) to understand Customer insights (Softer aspects- expectations, likings, habits, profile, apprehensions, perceptions etc.) and leverage the same to create a DELIGHT /RECOVERY (Planned Capitalization / Neutralization efforts).
- Review and Highlight infra and asset related concerns based on customer inputs for test drive condition, Dealership Ambience (Cleanliness, Hygiene and Safety of Parking space, Customer Interaction area etc.). Regular content updation on CMS content, standees etc
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
