JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Purpose
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the development of the company's portfolio of industrial, infrastructure, MSME and entrepreneurship projects from concept stage through feasibility, investment structuring, approvals, financial closure and implementation.
The candidate will act as the central coordination point between the Founder, investors, government agencies, banks, consultants, technology providers, landowners and project partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Development
Take assigned projects from initial concept to investment-ready stage
Projects may include:
- Food processing & Packaging
- Agricultural technology
- Pharmaceuticals
- Real Estate
- Renewable energy & Semiconductor-related projects
- EV/battery
- Data centres
- Healthcare
- MSME/entrepreneurship initiatives
2. DPR & Financial Model Coordination
Coordinate with external technical and financial consultants
3. Investor Coordination
Work with the Founder and Investment Team
4. Government & Approval Coordination
Coordinate with relevant government bodies and consultants and internal team
5. Banking & Financial Closure
Co-ordinate with banks and proposals
6. Land & Infrastructure Coordination
For project related to lands ,approvals and plots and work with internal team.
The Project Manager should also support
- Evaluating proposed SME models
- Preparing standard business plans
- Developing unit economics
- Creating CAPEX requirements
- Establishing SOPs
- Identifying machinery/equipment
- Developing vendor networks
- Establishing implementation timelines
- Supporting college presentations with credible business models
Candidate ProfileEssential
- Engineering / MBA / Project Management / Finance background
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in industrial projects, infrastructure, manufacturing, consulting or project finance
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to understand financial models
- Excellent report-writing ability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience dealing with senior management and external stakeholders

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
