Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune (Wakad) for a SEM Manager. The role involves managing and leading a team to execute effective Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies.
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven SEM Manager with expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, building high-impact social media strategies, optimizing performance metrics, and driving measurable business results.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and major social media platforms. You will work cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, development, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless campaign execution.
SEM Strategy, Execution, Optimization & Management
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end SEM strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Optimize campaigns continuously to enhance CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
- Perform strategic bid and budget management to achieve campaign goals efficiently.
- Execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and audiences to refine targeting and improve results.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and platform dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in SEM, and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of running high-performing paid campaigns strategies.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to address issues promptly and efficiently.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console.
- Experience with SEM tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social analytics or listening tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, attribution, and performance optimization.
Analytical & Strategic Skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROI-driven strategy building.
- Strong budgeting and media planning skills.
- Strong leadership skill compelling ad copies and engaging social content.
- Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead & collaborate with creative teams and guide design requirements.
- The role also requires strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
