Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers and IT peripherals.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Work with routers, switches and wireless access points.
- Configure VPNs and firewalls including Sophos and Fortinet.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
- Handle server installation, configuration, patching and maintenance.
- Work with VMware/Hyper-V and backup/disaster-recovery solutions.
- Provide L2 support for escalated IT issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
- Perform network-security monitoring and related troubleshooting.
Important: Candidates should have experience specifically in the IT Hardware industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
