Sales and business development
- Achieve sales targets: Work with the sales team head to set and meet sales goals for real estate properties, such as apartments and villas.
- Manage the sales cycle: Handle the sales process from lead generation and initial inquiry to site visits, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct market research: Monitor market trends, analyse competitors’ offerings, and identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Lead generation: Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking, as well as work with channel partners to generate leads.
- Promotional activities: Assist in planning and executing marketing and sales promotion campaigns to increase brand visibility and project interest.
- Nurture client relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Manage communication: Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and negotiations, and ensure that all communication adheres to company standards.
- Handle inquiries and complaints: Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner to resolve problems and maintain loyalty.
- Engage with channel partners: Meet with property service providers and builder partners to onboard and maintain relationships with the builder’s sales network.
- Maintain CRM: Ensure customer relationship management (CRM) software is accurately updated with client interactions, transactions, and sales progress.
- Prepare reports: Create regular sales reports, presentations, and sales forecasts for the sales manager and upper management.
- Manage documentation: Oversee sales documentation, contracts, and follow-ups for payment and post-sale formalities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
