As a valued member of the A&M GCC BTS team based in Gurugram/ Bengaluru/ Mumbai, you will have the unique opportunity to work on high-stakes, high-impact projects across multiple geographies and industries. How you will contribute
As a member of the GCC BTS team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact solutions to our clients and contributing to the growth of Alvarez & Marsal’s entrepreneurial and fast-paced practice. Working closely with Senior Directors and Managing Directors in a flat, collaborative team structure, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workstreams, deliver results directly to clients and senior leadership, and make a tangible impact on the success of our projects. This role offers a unique platform to deliver high-impact solutions across diverse projects:
End-to-End Execution: Take ownership of and deliver case deliveries across a variety of corporate strategy engagements such as Revenue & EBITDA bridge diagnostic, GTM readiness and Market entry strategy, Business disruption and transformation, etc.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with Managing Directors and Senior Directors to design and implement innovative, hands-on solutions for complex business challenges.
Contribute to Business Development: Actively participate in identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and shaping innovative service offerings tailored to market needs
Expand Your Professional Network: Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across geographies and industries, significantly broadening your professional network and exposure to global best practices

Qualifications
We are looking for dynamic, self-driven professionals who bring a combination of strong academic credentials, relevant experience, and a passion for delivering impactful results. The ideal candidate will possess:
Professional Experience: 6-11 years of experience within a leading strategy or operational consulting firm is highly desirable. Alternatively, relevant experience in Private Equity or Operations will also be considered.
Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong financial acumen, coupled with a deep understanding of key business and operational drivers. Advanced analytical, financial modelling, and presentation-building skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing zero-defect deliverables. Familiarity with the private equity lifecycle and the ability to navigate its complexities effectively.
Personal Attributes: A fact-based, analytical mindset with a solution-focused and action-oriented approach. Determined to make a difference, unafraid to challenge the status quo, and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair. High integrity and the ability to deliver difficult messages with professionalism and tact. Strong prioritization skills, especially in high-pressure situations, with the ability to manage competing demands effectively
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel modelling, with the ability to structure and analyse data to support timely, informed decision-making for clients. The ability to quickly synthesize vast or limited amounts of data, draw actionable conclusions, and recommend solutions.
