Job Description: QC - Executive
Key Responsibilities:
a. Overall supervision of microbiology laboratory activities.
b. Ensure implementation of GLP and cGMP practices.
c. Approve microbiological test results and reports.
d. Ensure maintenance, qualification and calibration of instruments and equipment.
e. Ensure timely environmental monitoring, water analysis.
f. Ensure training of lab personnel.
g. Environmental check of finished product for release or rejection of every batch of finished product for distribution and sale
h. OOS investigation for laboratory results.
i. Plan and schedule routine testing of particulate matter for raw materials, visual inspection of finished products.
j. Ensure FIFO system follows for storage and issuance of raw material, packaging material and finished product label.
k. Maintain and check daily filled register.
l. Prepare Calibration, validation schedule.
m. In process check the finished product for release or rejection of every batch of finished product for distribution and sale.
n. Maintenance of quality control record.
o. Follow Good Documentation Practice.
p. Give line clearance before taking a new batch
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s or master’s Degree/Diploma in, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related field.
· 2–6 years of experience in QA/QC in the biopharma equipment, medical devices, or cleanroom-related manufacturing industry.
· Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, ASME BPE standards, and cleanroom protocols is highly preferred.
Key Skills:
· Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and documentation practices.
· Ability to read technical drawings and interpret engineering specifications.
· Proficient in the use of inspection tools (vernier, micrometer, surface tester, etc.).
· Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with ERP/QMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
