We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager with experience in IT Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and End-to-End Sales for Web, Mobile, and AI-based services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proven experience in generating business opportunities from international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels.
- Handle complete end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Identify new business opportunities for: Web Development Services/ Mobile App Development/ AI/ML Solutions/ Custom Software Development
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and proposal discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Work on lead generation platforms such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ Upwork/ Clutch/ Email Campaigns/ CRM tools
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project estimations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and client communication records.
