About the Role
Green Publication Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in research and academic publishing. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree and are eager to build a career in client relationship management within the research publication industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Assist researchers, academicians, and professionals throughout the publication process.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable research publication services.
- Coordinate with internal editorial and production teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Handle client queries and provide prompt, professional resolutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Promote additional research and publication services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history using digital tools.
Eligibility
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or related disciplines.
- Candidates with an interest or basic understanding of research papers, journals, or academic publishing will be preferred.
