We are hiring a Videographer & Video Editor at Caprice — a dual-role professional who can both shoot high-quality content and independently edit it to a publish-ready standard.
This begins as a freelance engagement. Exceptional performers will be converted to a full-time position within 3–6 months. We hire for skill, speed, and accountability — not promises.
Non-Negotiables:
- Proven experience in both shooting and editing is a plus
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating real client or brand work
- Clear, professional communication with no chasing required
- Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for your output
Preferred:
- Experience working with a marketing or content agency
- Understanding of platform-specific content requirements (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads)
- Ability to work across multiple client accounts simultaneously
Pay: ₹10,324.60 - ₹40,000.00 per month
