We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage requirement changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or software development industry.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar project management tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of web and mobile application development.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience working on SaaS products, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools and business process modelling techniques is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
