Production Supervisor
Looking for Production Supervisor at least 2+ years on experience preferably manufacturing Industries.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of a Production Supervisor in the Manufacturing industry is to manage the production process and staff to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. Other significant duties include:
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment in the production facility.
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to team.
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Overseeing and coaching employees to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitoring production to resolve issues and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Tasks and Duties
In their day-to-day operations, Production Supervisors in the Manufacturing industry engage in a variety of tasks to ensure efficient production and quality management. These include:
- Supervising and evaluating staff; providing constructive feedback and performing performance evaluations.
