About MoVo
MoVo Mobility is an on-demand intra-city goods logistics platform connecting Pune's small and medium businesses (MSMEs) with reliable driver partners for local pickup and delivery. We're currently in our beta phase in Pune, building a community-led, MSME-first logistics network and our field sales team is the face of that effort on the ground.
The Role
We're hiring 3 Field Sales Executives to lead MSME onboarding across priority zones in Pune Bhosari-Pimpri-Chinchwad MIDC, Market Yard/APMC, Laxmi Road, and Hadapsar-Kharadi. Each executive will "own" a zone: walking the market, building relationships with shop owners and traders, signing them onto the MoVo app, and helping them place their first orders.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role you are literally the reason merchants discover and trust MoVo.

Location: Field-based, Pune (zone assigned at joining)
Reports to: Founding team
What You'll Do;
- Visit MSMEs (shops, traders, small manufacturers, wholesalers) in your assigned zone daily
- Explain MoVo's platform and sign up new merchants on the app
- Walk merchants through placing their first order and using the app confidently
- Build and maintain relationships to keep merchants ordering regularly
- Drive merchant-to-merchant referrals within your zone
- Report daily/weekly progress and ground-level feedback to the team
- Represent the MoVo brand professionally in every interaction
Who We're Looking For:
- Any graduate, or 12th pass with 1+ years of relevant field/sales experience
- 0–5 years of field sales, direct selling, or on-ground business development experience (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
- Comfortable with daily fieldwork and target-driven work
- Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory zone coverage requires daily travel)
- Owns a smartphone with WhatsApp
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; working English is a plus
- Prior experience in logistics, FMCG distribution, insurance/DSA sales, or gig-platform field roles is a strong plus
- Self-starter who's comfortable with cold outreach and occasional rejection

Base salary bands (indicative, finalized at interview based on experience and fit):
- Fresher / less than 1 year experience: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
- 1–3 years field sales experience: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000
- 3+ years field sales / logistics / distribution experience: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000
Monthly performance bonus (up to ₹5,000):
- 10+ verified merchant sign-ups in the month → ₹1,500
- 5+ of those merchants place their first order → ₹2,000
- 80%+ of previous month's onboarded merchants still active/ordering → ₹1,500
Work Details:
- 6 days/week, field-based hours
- Zone assigned based on your home location and local area knowledge, where possible
