Job Summary:
The Pantry Chef will be responsible for preparing and serving light food items and beverages, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and other light snacks as per standard recipes.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry and work area.
- Monitor stock levels of pantry ingredients and inform the supervisor of replenishment requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
- Assist in menu preparation and daily pantry operations as required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and beverage making.
- Experience in preparing sandwiches, burgers, and coffee-based beverages.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a pantry, café, quick-service restaurant, or hotel environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
