Position Overview.
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in the valuation field who have prepared valuation reports for government banks, private banks, and NBFCs. The ideal candidate must have experience in report underwriting and documentation specific to valuation projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation and submission of valuation reports for government banks, private banks, and NBFCs.
Performing technical and financial analysis related to valuation.
Drafting, reviewing, and underwriting valuation reports as per regulatory guidelines.
Coordinating with banks/NBFCs and ensuring timely report delivery.
Maintaining compliance with relevant standards and internal policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 of experience in valuation (mandatory).
Must have clear experience in preparing and underwriting valuation reports for banks/NBFCs.
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
Knowledge of government regulations, RBI guidelines, and valuation standards preferred.
