Job Description
We are seeking a courteous and well-presented front office associate with prior experience in a star hotel. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest records
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain front office reports, billing, and cash handling
- Follow hotel SOPs and brand standards
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of Front Office experience in a star hotel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and guest-focused
- Knowledge of PMS software (WINHMS preferred)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality
- Experience with reputed hotel brands
