Recruitment:
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and finalize JDs
- Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closure
- Coordinate with Head Office HR for approvals, feedback, and salary discussions
- Maintain candidate data, documentation, and hiring trackers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
- HR Generalist Responsibilities (Branch):
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the branch office
- Drive onboarding, employee engagement, and local HR initiatives
- Maintain attendance and employee records; share updates with Head Office HR
- Support employee queries and basic HR operations
- Coordinate with vendors and manage office administration activities
- Facilitate local partnerships (e.g., corporate deals with restaurants/hotels)
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (both Tech and Non-Tech roles)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, Arts, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience in campus recruitment and placement activities
- Experience in coordinating with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) for campus hiring initiatives
