Achyuta Public School is looking for a proactive and academically strong Vice Principal with a Mathematics background to support the Principal in driving academic excellence and smooth school operations. The role requires strong leadership, faculty management, and a focus on student outcomes, especially in competitive programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum planning, execution, and academic delivery across all grades
- Monitor teaching quality through regular classroom observations and academic audits
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to maintain high academic standards
- Ensure effective implementation of lesson plans, assessments, and academic schedules
- Track student performance and implement strategies for improvement, including support for slow learners and enrichment for high performers
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive, result-oriented learning environment
- Assist the Principal in daily school operations and administrative responsibilities
- Coordinate examinations, timetables, and academic planning
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and institutional policies
- Engage with parents regarding student progress and address academic concerns
- Represent the school in meetings, academic reviews, and institutional initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics (B.Ed. preferred)
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, with leadership/administrative exposure
- Prior experience as Academic Coordinator / HOD / Vice Principal
- Strong academic background with proven results
- Willing to relocate to Dindigul
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
