Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions
- Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, database technologies, technologist roles and responsibilities, capabilities & platform dependencies, software development lifecycle, engineering and/or product development
- Excellent ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects
- Experience with budget tracking, including actuals vs. forecast, submitting forecasts, and providing variance explanations.
- Adept at leading and prioritizing projects in a program and working seamlessly with distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Good interpersonal skills, communication (written and verbal), time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Agile Application Lifecycle Management and development tools like JIRA, Confluence Wiki.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel, retail, or consumer industry.
- Agile Certifications such as CSM, ACP, CPO, SAFe, LeSS.
Advanced degree in a related field.
