Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecalling Executives to connect with transporters, shippers, and brokers across India. The role involves explaining Shipberg’s logistics technology solutions and converting leads into active users.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to transporters, brokers, and logistics companies
- Clearly explain services:
- SIM-based vehicle tracking
- FASTag-based tracking
- App-based live tracking
- POD (Proof of Delivery) collection system
- Automated indenting & sourcing platform
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling
- Schedule and conduct product demos via online meetings (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up regularly and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in any regional language + basic English/Hindi
- Ability to speak politely and confidently with customers
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps / internet usage
- Willingness to learn logistics and SaaS products
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Responsible, accountable, and target-oriented
Who Can Apply
- Freshers or experienced candidates
- Candidates from any state / language background (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati)
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or logistics is a plus
- Passion for sales and customer interaction
