We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresher with 6 month internship can apply
