Job Title: Senior PPC Engineer

Job Purpose:
To plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects efficiently by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Job Context:
The role operates within the Project Planning & Control (PPC) department and involves close coordination with internal departments such as production, electrical, and procurement. The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and proactively addressing risks and technical challenges in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
ü Prepare detailed project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
ü Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, drawings, reports, and progress updates.
ü Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
ü Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
ü Provide regular updates to management on project progress, issues, and scope changes.
ü Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
ü Develop and maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts and status trackers.
ü Conduct bi-weekly review meetings with cross-functional teams to monitor progress.
ü Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
ü Liaise with production and electrical departments to ensure on-time project delivery.
ü Prepare and update project status reports and dashboards.
ü Develop project history and lessons-learned reports for continuous improvement.
ü Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational guidelines.

ü Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
ü Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
ü Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
ü Effective communication and coordination skills.
Experience:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a project-based organization or similar role.
Education:
Ø B.E in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or a related field.
Ø Additional certification in Project Management (such as PMP or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
