We are looking for a highly organized, details-driven part-time individual to set up, organize, and streamline our Client & Supplier Database from scratch. You will be responsible for extracting business information from folders, emails, excel, cards, catalogues and accurately compile them into our company's specific inventory/database software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Gathering & Sorting: Consolidate unorganized data scattered across digital folders, emails, and mobile contact lists.
- Physical Data Digitization: Transcribe and systematically enter details from physical visiting cards, product catalogues, and printed lists.
- Database Management: Input complete profiles (including company names, supplier details, vendor contact information, GST numbers, and product categories) into our specific proprietary software.
- Data Verification: Cross-check phone numbers and email addresses to ensure database accuracy and zero deduplication.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
