Lead delivery of SAP solutions by managing end-to-end development across ABAP (RAP/CDS/OData) and modern UI/integration layers (e.g., SAP Fiori/UI5, APIs), ensuring high-quality engineering, secure design, and predictable execution across multiple workstreams.
Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer III on the Digital Collaboration Delivery team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the full software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Designing and building SAP back-end solutions using ABAP Objects, Core Data Services, ABAP Managed Database Procedures, RESTful ABAP Programming Model, enhancements, interfaces, and OData services.
- Driving front-end and integration delivery across SAP Fiori/UI5, application programming interfaces, middleware, and SAP to non-SAP integrations.
- Managing technical estimates, delivery plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
- Mentoring development teams and supporting quality, performance, security, transport management, release governance, testing, and production stability.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8–10+ years of SAP development experience with hands-on ABAP experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering SAP programs or releases.
- Experience with ABAP Objects, debugging, performance tuning, Core Data Services, OData, and service-oriented architecture patterns.
- Experience with enhancements including Business Add-Ins and user exits, and interfaces including Remote Function Calls, Business Application Programming Interfaces, and file-based integrations.
- Experience collaborating with user interface and integration teams to support end-to-end SAP delivery.
- Experience supporting SAP Travel and Expense and Human Capital Management modules.
Preferred:
- Experience with RESTful ABAP Programming Model and SAP S/4HANA modernization.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development or technical oversight using SAP Business Application Studio and Fiori elements.
- Experience with workflow, BRF+, or SAP security and authorizations.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment and transport automation using gCTS, CTS+, or pipelines.
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP Cloud ALM.
