Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Chemistry graduates (B.Sc / M.Sc) to join our Quality Control and Laboratory Operations team. The role involves testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, supporting product improvement initiatives, and assisting senior chemists in routine laboratory activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Record and maintain laboratory data accurately as per defined procedures
- Support improvement of existing products to enhance performance, reduce cost, or simplify processes
- Assist senior chemists in planning and executing laboratory experiments
- Conduct chemical tests and experiments under supervision
- Prepare and maintain test reports, observations, and documentation
- Ensure laboratory safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
- Coordinate daily laboratory activities and sample analysis
- Identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in the development or modification of analytical test methods
- Inform supervisor about new equipment or instrument requirements
Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Sc (Chemistry) or M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Exposure to fertilizer or chemical industry is an advantage
