Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making and executing tasks across business workflows.
- Build agentic AI systems using Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, tools, APIs, memory and workflow orchestration frameworks.
- Develop intelligent agents that can interact with enterprise data sources, documents, applications and external systems to automate complex tasks.
- Create and manage multi-agent workflows where specialized agents collaborate to complete business processes.
- Design agent architectures involving planning agents, task execution agents, validation agents, data analysis agents and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms.
- Build and integrate RAG pipelines to enable agents to retrieve, interpret and respond using accurate enterprise knowledge.
- Develop data science and machine learning models that enhance agent intelligence, including classification, prediction, recommendation, anomaly detection and optimization.
- Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, function calling, structured outputs and context management for reliable agent performance.
- Work with frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Hugging Face or similar technologies.
- Integrate AI agents with backend systems, databases, CRMs, ERPs, cloud services and business applications through APIs.
- Evaluate and improve agent accuracy, reasoning quality, latency, cost efficiency, reliability and task-completion success rate.
- Implement guardrails, validation layers, evaluation pipelines and monitoring systems to reduce hallucination and ensure trustworthy AI outputs.
- Build explainable and auditable AI workflows where agent decisions, data sources and reasoning steps can be reviewed.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers and business stakeholders to convert business problems into agentic AI solutions.
- Support deployment of AI agents into production environments using APIs, containers, cloud platforms and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Maintain clear documentation for agent architecture, prompts, workflows, integrations, model behavior, evaluation results and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, AI automation, autonomous workflows and responsible AI practices.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in building AI agents, autonomous workflows, and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, tool usage, memory, orchestration and task execution.
- Experience with agent development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex or similar platforms.
- Practical experience with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face models or other LLM platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Milvus or similar tools.
- Experience with prompt engineering, function calling, tool calling, structured outputs and context optimization.
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems, workflow automation and human-in-the-loop AI processes.
- Experience integrating AI agents with business applications, databases, CRMs, ERPs, APIs and cloud services.
- Understanding of LLMOps/MLOps, model monitoring, evaluation pipelines, versioning, deployment and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and enterprise-grade AI integration patterns is a strong advantage.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Node.js or similar technologies for deploying agentic applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable AI/ML deployment.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and production-ready AI application deployment.
- Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, hallucination reduction, responsible AI, data privacy and model explainability.
- Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, document intelligence, conversational AI and enterprise automation use cases.
- Experience working on business domains such as retail, healthcare, finance, supply chain, customer support or enterprise operations will be an added advantage.
- Compressive understanding of SDLC.
