Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, maintaining records, coordinating with various departments, and supporting management in administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government authorities as required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and assets.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, transport, and other support services.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Maintain statutory and compliance-related records.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and official communications.
- Support finance and HR teams with administrative requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administration or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Principal / Branch Head / Operations Manager (as applicable)
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant administrative experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
