Having strong experience in commercial post-tensioned slab construction projects, including site execution, quantity surveying, billing, and overall project coordination. Experienced in conducting and participating in progress review meetings, preparing construction schedules, and carrying out pre-planning activities to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Key responsibilities include resource planning, manpower mobilization, material planning, subcontractor management, productivity monitoring, and ensuring that construction activities are executed in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. Proficient in monitoring project progress, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, and coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and project teams to achieve project milestones.
Well-versed in planning and execution of post-tensioned slab activities, concrete pours, stressing operations, and closure works while maintaining cost control and maximizing resource utilization. Strong ability to identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and productivity.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
