About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced senior software developer with 7+ years of professional software development experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of business-critical applications.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical expert capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable and reliable software solutions. The candidate should also have experience taking ownership of projects, making technical decisions, solving complex problems, and mentoring junior developers.
This is not a junior or entry-level role. We are specifically seeking an experienced senior professional with a strong track record of building and maintaining real-world software applications and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable software applications.
* Take technical ownership of websites, web applications, internal business systems, and automation platforms.
* Design robust, secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
* Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
* Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
* Review code, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
* Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
* Design, manage, and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
* Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.
* Improve application security, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
* Participate in software architecture and technology selection decisions.
* Manage deployments, version control, release processes, and development workflows.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards.
* Lead software projects from planning and development through deployment and ongoing improvements.
Required Experience
Minimum 7+ Years of Professional Software Development Experience — Mandatory
Candidates must have:
At least 7 years of professional, hands-on experience in software development.
* Experience building and maintaining real-world web applications, software products, or internal business systems.
* Experience working on projects throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
* Strong experience handling complex technical problems independently.
* Experience taking ownership of technical projects or leading development initiatives.
* Ability to mentor or guide junior developers.
