We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager/Senior Management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare weekly sales pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and smooth execution.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client relationship management.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
