- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, HRIS, personnel files, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee benefits, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, transport, assets, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and dealership operational standards.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads to support manpower planning and HR operations.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports, MIS, and maintain confidential employee records.
- Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and administrative procurement activities.
- Handle employee grievances professionally while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
