Job Overview
We are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our development team in Chennai. In this role, you will work alongside senior architects and consultants to build, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration & Customization: Assist senior team members in configuring forms, views, entities, and business process flows in Dynamics 365.
- Power Platform Development: Help build basic canvas/model-driven apps and automate business workflows using Power Automate.
- Core Development: Support the writing and testing of C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript for client-side scripting under guidance.
- Database & Integrations: Assist in writing basic SQL queries, maintaining Dataverse tables, and connecting APIs.
- Testing & Documentation: Participate in unit testing, write technical documentation, and assist with data migration tasks.
- Problem Solving: Help debug and resolve minor technical bugs or support requests from business users.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
- Academic Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Core Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of C#, .NET, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and SQL Server.
- Platform Awareness: Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM fundamentals and Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
- Web Basics: Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly to team members.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred:
- Microsoft Certification (PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals or MB-910: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
- Internship or academic project experience involving Dynamics CRM, Data verse, or Power BI.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Microsoft Certification PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals (Preferred)
- MB-910: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (Preferred)
