Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with sales goals
- Define KPIs (leads, traffic, conversions, cost-per-lead) and report performance
- Manage the digital marketing budget across channels
Website & SEO
- Oversee the company website (agmpl.com), ensuring content is current and optimized
- Drive on-page and technical SEO to improve organic ranking for product keywords
- Coordinate with developers for site updates, landing pages, and performance fixes
Content & Social Media
- Plan and oversee content (blogs, case studies, product pages, videos)
- Manage LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant B2B channels
- Build thought-leadership content around testing, calibration, and measurement
Lead Generation & Email
- Manage B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, GeM) for enquiry generation
- Run email marketing and nurture campaigns
- Ensure leads flow into CRM and are tracked to closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–6 years of digital marketing experience (B2B / industrial preferred)
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools
- Strong grasp of content marketing and lead-generation funnels
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Good written and verbal communication
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
