Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills along with hands-on experience in SQL and Python. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues while ensuring excellent customer support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve customer/client issues within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot application, database, and system-related issues.
- Analyze logs and perform debugging to identify root causes of problems.
- Work with SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Utilize Python for automation, scripting, and debugging tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Development, QA, and Product teams for faster issue resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Monitor support tickets and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries and database concepts.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python scripting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in technical support/helpdesk environments will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring systems is preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
