Roles and Responsibilities
- Architect or Interior Designer having experience in working on Commercial interior projects and residential projects and High Rise Building.
- The job requires understanding clients' needs and developing design concepts for respective clients.
- working out a design proposal in 2D, detailing of concepts using AutoCAD, Co-ordinating with clients and execution team to ensure all work are as per design including visiting the site and coordinating with vendors.
- Making drawings of the site assigned.
- Complete the given drawings within deadline.
- Candidate must be have technical knowledge of detailing which are involved in the every project.
- Should have very good exposure in Material Selection,
- Interpersonal & presentation skill
- Candidate should have handled multiple projects and should have wide design and detail knowledge.
- Co-coordinating with the execution team from the start of the project is complete and executed at the site.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams regarding construction documents to ensure accuracy in meeting client specifications, site-specific criteria, and building code requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others.
- Abilities to work independently and work with minimum supervision.
- Experience in Interior design concepts, development of design proposal and detailing in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of color theory, perspective, cultural sensitivity, etc.
- Good co-ordination skills and people management skills.
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is MUST
