About the Role
Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and reliable Field Officer to support field operations related to device management and data collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting commercial locations, handling device pickup and drop-off, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit commercial establishments, partner locations, and client sites for device collection and delivery.
- Manage the pickup and drop-off of devices as per operational requirements.
- Ensure safe handling, transportation, and tracking of devices.
- Maintain accurate records of devices issued, received, and returned.
- Collect, verify, and update field data in the prescribed formats.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding field activities and device status.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
- Support inventory management and documentation of devices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in field operations, logistics, courier services, or inventory management will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile applications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
